Basically Zain Sa tells is about how we in go through different struggles in life.We fight spritual and physical wars till we die and this is all because we have Enemies.We have enemies that we know and enemies we don't know and some of our enemies are inherited.We are Fighting our Mothers and Fathers enemies and the offsprings of these enemies.This is the reason why his soul is bitter(uMoya wam ukrakra).This can be applied to the situation of racism and how we continue to fight the same things our forefathers faught for.Its a really well written song.
