Non knee based graft like Peronius longus have shown better results it might be the graft of the future. My hamstrings are still weak even several years post aclr

I had my surgery on 13th March, 24. I'm able to walk now, but my patella gets stuck when I'm walking. I'm not able to bend by knee while walking. However, if I'm sitting or lying on bed, I have no problem in bending my knee. Did anyone ever experience this? Any tips or advice? Thanks

My patella graft seems shorter and tighter. The whole joint still cracks 8 years on.
