Why is this girl not all over the radio she’s gorgeous and a beautiful singer

The thing to understand is, her voice is going to mature for another 10 years. Lucy will be about 26 before her voice completely matures, she is at the top now, what will another 10 years of maturing do for her voice? We are witnessing a superstar, Lucy Thomas the queen prodigy.
Lar, Lucy is currently 19, she will be 20 in February. She is from Wigan, England. She was 16 when she released this cover. At the age of 14 she was a semi-finalist in the Voice Kids, UK. She has a CZcams channel called lucythomasmusic with somewhere around 60 videos. The oldest video is her at age 10 and the most recent video was released a couple of days ago with her at the age of 19 years and 11 months. She will have her first concert in Manchester England at the beginning of March. It is already sold out. She was signed by Chris Broom of Cavendish Records at the age of 14. Since that time, she has released 5 albums. Chris Broom has written a musical based on the life of Rosie Boote called Rosie. It has been in the planning stage for quite a while because of Covid. It was written for Lucy to star as Rosie and is scheduled to open in London's West End in the Fall 0f 2024. Lucy Thomas is the best female vocalist that I have ever heard. And her voice has not fully matured yet. Pick any of her songs and react to it, you will love it. She sings songs in several genres.

Welcome to the magical world of Lucy Thomas. If you think that Lucy’s cover of “Hallelujah” is amazing, this is tip of the iceberg. I promise! Just try “Evergreen” from the movie “ a star is born” or her cover of Procol Hareem, “A Lighter Shade of Pale”. There is over 60 recordings on her CZcams page. All of them are amazing. Yes I have and do listen to recordings from other new artists such as Angelina Jordan. Angelina has a very beautiful voice. But one thing you will find out about with Lucy you never have to wonder what the lyrics are. She is known for her very precise annunciation of words. She has the reach for high notes without the screeching. Her low register singing is so rich and full of passion and she can go from low to high notes seamlessly. I worn you the Lucy Thomas rabbit hole is very deep. All that said I would be remiss not to tell about Lucy younger sister Martha. Martha and Lucy have recorded several duets that are spellbinding. Lucy is absolutely super talented. Just incredible beyond words. Possibly the best young vocalist on the planet today. It is almost hard to believe that at her age here she was able to hit this very challenging song out of the park. Amazing! She is a blazing Star yet to be discovered by the sleepy mainstream media.

Hello Lar, your Aunt, has immaculate taste, she has introduced you to one of the best singer's in the world, Lucy covered this song Hallelujah when she was 16 years of age she now is nearly 20 years of age. She sings all sorts of genre, she has 5 albums out, the lastest is called " BEYOND " which is so good. Her manager and song writer is a chap called Chris Broom who owns a record label called Cavendish Records, he has written a musical called " Rosie " Lucy has the main part and the show will open in London in the fall. Hello Lar, one small correction for you this song by Lucy has 42 million views not 24 million. Yes Angelina and Diana both have beautiful voices. You will find with Lucy you will never need lyrics because she has the clearest singing voice of anyone I have ever heard. Plus Lucy has the rich and beautiful low register voice. Plus she has the reach for the highest notes without the screech. She and her sister Martha have produced more than 60 recordings and 5 albums. The duets with Martha and Lucy are just spellbinding. You will find that Lucy has a very gentle way of drawing your soul into her music. Stay safe, healthy, and happy.
Yeah and I have never heard of you before either !!! But Lucy was 16 when she recorded this song, acclaimed best ever by people that know and she will be 20 in Feb 2024 and has about 70 songs recorded and 5 CD'd released. She also duets with her 5 year 8 month younger sister Martha who she has 8 songs recorded with starting when Martha was 10, Lucy first recorded for public viewing at 10 RUN and she re recorded it at 15. Lucy has plenty of songs over different types of genre and each of her viedos has 4 suggested video to watch. no need to list all of them here. She's always pitch perfect, has a range to die for, is charmingly humble and gets more beautiful by the second. This girl is literally holding the cards. Never has there been a prodigy like her.

Everything she sings is great. You should also check out Emma Kok’s rendition of Hallelujah! I can’t decide which I prefer, Lucy or Emma. Emma’s rendition of Voila shot her into stardom and it is quite an emotional and spiritual song. You should check both out, you won’t regret it. Your wife will like Emma as well!

Yes, welcome to life with Lucy Thomas in it. I just subscribed to your channel, mostly to look forward to your upcoming reactions to Lucy. You suggested that we Lucy fans listen to Angelina Jordan and Diana Ankudinova... most of us do or have, many before they even knew Lucy existed - such as yourself. Angelina and Diana and their peers have beautiful voices, but Lucy's created her own elevated peer group, and right now she's up there by herself. I wouldn't be surprised if she turns out to be they're alone forever. Hers is a special voice and presence that none of us have seen or heard before. You'll see...
She also does some duets with her sister Martha, who is 5 years younger. Lucy was 16 when she recorded Hallelujah. I think it was about that same time when they recored one of their duets - the Prayer. Prior to them, I thought Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion had the best cover of the song. You might try Amira Willighagen. She was born in 2004, won Holland's Got Talent in 2013 at the age of 9 where she astounded the judges and got a golden pass. At the time of her initial audition she was entirely self taught. No voice coaching. She leans more toward classical including opera. Some will tell you she is the best classical soprano alive in the world today. She does a lot of hymns and show tunes in addition to opera. She performed O Mia Babbino Caro with Andre Rieu at the age of 10, and it is one of Andre's most viewed performances. I think if you add up all the versions of that one performance out there it has about 200 million views. I love many of the things she has done including Amazing Grace at the age of 13. There she sings a D 6 and E flat 6. She regularly performs with a 50 piece orchestra and professional choir backing her. If you're interested the W in her last name is pronounced as a V, and the gh is a fricative and sounds like the ch in the Irish word loch. Pronouncing it as a kh comes very close (Villikhagen). Try Ave Maria (Bach/Gound) performed at the age of 9 in the semi-finals of Holland's Got Talent.

This was a great version, but I have to say, I like Tommy Johanssons version better. But taste is like the butt - divided 😆
In his versjon, Tommy also plays the keyboard, has a great guitar solo and I recon also play the drums in addition to produce it. It's has a bit more rock feeling to it, but I can feel the song from the first note and it gives me goosebumps.
