Then IF they make it the rap culture demands spending millions on being iced out which causes them to never be financially secure unless the rapper really blows and has a sustainable career. But most have to stay in the streets to remain relevant so they get booked or killed. It’s a vicious cycle that is perpetrated by the black fans. We need to break this cycle.
