    Sponge Cake Ingredients:
    4 eggs
    3 tablespoons of oil
    1/3 cup milk
    1.5 cups of flour
    A little less than 1 cup powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 packet of vanilla
    Ingredients for Mango Sauce:
    2 mangoes
    3 tablespoons of sugar
    1 glass of water
    2 tablespoons of starch
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    Ingredients for the Cream:
    1 egg
    5 tablespoons of sugar
    2 tablespoons of flour
    3 tablespoons of starch
    4 cups of milk
    200 g labneh cheese
    1 packet of vanilla
    3 tablespoons mango sauce
    1 tablespoon butter
    Preparation of sponge cake:
    Separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites and lemon juice well.
    Add the powdered sugar in three parts to the whipped egg whites and beat until stiff, then add the egg yolks and mix.
    To mix the flour easily, add it in three parts and mix with a whisk.
    Add oil, milk and vanilla and mix some more. When it thickens, pour the dough into the cake mold.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 140 degrees for about 45 minutes, keeping an eye on it.
    How to Make Mango Sauce:
    Puree the mango.
    Add the mango puree to a pot and put it on the stove. Add other ingredients except butter and cook by mixing. When it starts to boil, add the butter, stir and remove from the stove. Let it cool
    Making the cream:
    First, beat the eggs and sugar in a pot, then add the milk, flour, labneh cheese, vanilla, mango sauce and starch and continue whisking. After mixing well, put the pot on the stove and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
    When the cream starts to thicken, add the butter and stir until it melts into the butter. Remove from the stove and let it cool.
    How to make Mango Cake:
    After the cake has cooled, cut it in half horizontally. Place the cake you cut in half into the cake mold, spread half of the cream on it and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Place the other half of the cake on top. Spread the remaining cream on top and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
    Finally, pour the mango sauce over the cream and spread. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least three hours. Enjoy your meal.
