Welcome back to The Tale of The Iron Snail and the clothing brand! You should make some affordable 1930’s Melton wool work jackets. Every company making repros of those jackets charge $400 and over. Make them in the original cut shorter cut it would sell like hot cakes amongst the vintage and jacket enthusiast community.

Currently wearing a Filson cruiser, my fav coat. My advice is, don’t cheap out. Make it something durable and beautiful and functional and you will sell out in minutes.

Should you make anything with a collar, make that collar dramatic. Far too many shops these days are still making their shirts and jackets (and shackets) with the dinky two inch collars. Don't be afraid of four inch beast. Make it like a dog's ear!! We'll love you for it.
