You can't go wrong with a well made Bahn Mi. One of the best melds of texture and flavor for a sandwich style item imo. Bright veggies, crispy baguette, savory meats... Good stuff

This food review is so well done, Don! I must say Vietnamese food is my favorite cuisine. I am also lucky to be living in California where there's a ton of Vietnamese restaurants.
