Personally, the 'Return To' box for The Forgotten Age is the best of the lot and changes (fixes?) the main campaign a fair chunk. If I were to be getting any of the 'Return To' boxes, it would be this one.
I can see how the english players might be happy with the release schedule, but for localized versions it's way too fast. After so many years of supporting the game Galakta decided not to publish FA in the new form in Poland, because the two previous rereleased cycles are still in the warehouses... Like, it takes quite a while to sell a print run here. We still have polish edition of Barkham Horror available for 80pln in stores. As for Forgotten Age, I hope that our publisher just decided to postpone it... You can still get the deluxe box, but none of the mythos packs. Same for the Circle Undone. As for the later cycles you can still get a complete set for Dream-Eaters and The Innsmouth Conspiracy, I can see how well that goes, cause I expect FFG to rerelease these two later this year as well...

Would you say the "return to" box is worth picking up along side the upcoming campaign?
Personally, yes, Backpack (2) is utterly amazing. buy it now though if you want it, the return to's are apparently out of print

Are the five new weaknesses only in this re-release content or do I already own them if I have the entire suite of content (less Barkham and Gloria)?
These are the same weaknesses found in the original Forgotten Age Deluxe box.
