I liked him on BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT months ago too. He should have won that. Tom did a good job on FLIGHT OF THE PHOENIX and I WHO HAVE NOTHING. There is a video showing him and his girlfriend getting married. Sad he did not win either contest. Saw the videos you mentioned.
He has an amazing voice. He was a voice and music teacher at a school. I blame the so called Super Fans for not giving him the win. His voice is pure.

I’ve been to concerts and some of them ask for the audience to have their phone lights on. Dimash did this in 2019 and the producers did probably ask them to do it this time.
The holding the phones out has become the new flame waving since most people don't carry a lighter anymore.

I have to say. When I was in the audience at American idol each seat had a bracelet with a light on it. That way when you waved your hand it was lit up. They weren't phones
