Calls FSU his leader for months. Takes all of his OVs and tells you that FSU is his leader just last week. And he commits to a program nobody even had as a real finalist and with a head coach who's on a smoking hot seat.
Good luck, but these kids make it hard to care about recruiting. Good for him if he got paid (if that was a factor), but don't understand the point of watching the interviews, recruiting coverage, and following this when these kid just lie through their teeth or change their minds at the last minute because of NIL.
I mean he lied to this man’s face to set up a false narrative and this man congratulates him for shocking the world… it’s only a shock BECAUSE he lied… and that apparently is worthy of “congratulations.”

FSU can't get into a bidding war with an Arkansas. It is what it is. I say still recruit him, maybe he'll be in the portal next year, who knows. But I wouldn't offer more NIL. Actually, I'd lower my NIL offer. If you're gonna excel at Linebacker, you need to at least play behind a decent DLine. If you don't, you'll just get pushed around. Will Arkansas have the guys on the defensive front to warrant some blue chip backers to wanna play there? I remember watching the Auburn vs Ole Miss film of Cam Riley who just transferred to Florida State and in that game Auburns D Line got pushed around by Ole Miss so bad that Cam Riley really didn't have a chance out there. I thought for sure Wallace would come to Florida State. But, it's all good the kids get to choose where they wanna go play. No need to hate. Good luck to the guy.
