I am in the process of going full carnivore diet and since February I have already lost almost 40 pounds with little to no exercise.
I like it! Congrats!
I drive to. We have plenty of time to workout or get an Uber to a gym. Only takes 30 minutes to an hour
So true. I just have to get my fat butt up and do it. I worked out twice this week. It's a start.

Take care of yourself. I drove a truck for 15 years, mainly flatbed. Several years for Maverick. Am having health issues because of the lifestyle on the road. Start watching things while you are younger. Try zero sugar Dr.Peppers,they aren't bad. Take care.
👍 I drank the zeros for a while, and they aren't bad, but the sweetener in them made me bloated, so I stopped. I've been on just water for a few weeks now, and it's much better

I've managed to loose 10lbs so far from the exercise we get from this work and eating portioned home cooked meals the wife and i prepare on saturdays with an allowance for Pizza slice from the Pilot which i cant resist 😂

Just got my CDL this week looking to apply at maverick very soon, a recruiter came and spoke to my class about a month ago. 😀

Since I've gone solo. I have adopted the OMAD or 2MAD way of eating. One Meal A Day or 2 Meals A Day. Mainly One Large Meal at the end of the shift and fast during the day except for a Gatorade, a lot of Water and some Fruit. During my 30min I walk around and do exercise a little. So far lost 20 lbs in 2 Months
Nice. I'm also doing kind of this method
@@BigTrucking I'm doing the High Protein Low Carb when I do eat as well. It keeps me full a lot longer. I found a guy on Marine Division doing the same thing and he is have success as well. Be Safe and Maybe I'll see you again at Madison. Lol
I am hesitant to apply to maverick transport due to me not experience and i have my permit learner along with dot physical paper as well. Im also desf so that kept me from try it not knowing if they want a deaf trucker or not

It's pretty much hit or miss when I'm there and hard to schedule things like that. I live in that area and I stay at the Maverick yards when I can so the odds of seeing me at one are pretty good
