      أنا جرّبته و الصراحة كثير عجبني و بتشوفي النتائج بأسرع وقت مع اتباع أكل صحي بالطبع و شرب الماء بكثرة

    THIS Is for people with an umbilical chord fixation. I can't imagine working out while being attached to something unless I had suffered some serious debilitating illness. Maybe its for for physiotherapy and they are trying to make it look more glam..

    guys do exercise w/o ems , i do not think so its effective and easy way
    its just for business and sale product

      Tbh I thought the same until I actually tried Ems. It's really tiring for the body so wouldn't call it "easy" ads like these imply that it's easy. The electricity that's used is the same that your brain sends to the muscle in order to flex, so in a short time your whole body is flexed for a longer period of time than with a regular full body workout at the gym. Not to mention that you target all big muscle groups as well as deeper muscles. I can really urge everyone to try it themselves.

      ajmal majeed what you think is irrelevant. It actually works and it’s ideal for people who don’t have 3 hours per day avail to train.

      Well, it is a very effective way to supplement a training, e.g. for recuperation or adding targetted training to one specific muscle, but it should never replace actual training.

    If she would just do housework, she wouldn't have to buy that expensive machine. And the house would be cleaner.
