Brands Hatch 19/04/21 M140i/Exige/Jag

Another great afternoon at Brands in the 1 series.
The car did 55.5 on the Hankook RS3 which is less than a second slower than its best time on proper track tyres but the RS3's are like a road tyre noise wise and will last for ages in comparison.
The EBC RPX pads work brilliantly on the 1 series. They feel less bitey than they do on the M4 which I prefer and no anxiety about fade when late braking. This is the third track day they've done and the performance hasn't deteriorated. Even after 15 mins they don't fade, very impressed.
Back at Brands on Monday with the M4 with fresh AR-1, fresh EBC RPX and new suspension. If the stars align I think a 52 second lap might happen. it might even better my old R32 GTR's 52.6 although the R32 did that on AD08R so no comparison really.
