Rapid Dragon cruise missile delivery system in plane crazy, stability tests (Testing #2)

I forgot to mention this, but the Rapid Dragon, would be dropped by palletes from specifically the c-17 or c-130 or both, if in a massive invasion scanario

Update: after fixing the controls on the already added surfaces, and adding new ones, i managed to make it strike a target that i set for it on the ground, aka the place where you can get the ball
