But the fully furnished apartment is fine oo. I wonder what you mean by 13 cheques..
12 cheques for your monthly payment, it will be submitted to the bank while the 13th one is called a security cheque, this will be returned when you are leaving the house and also they would check if there is damages and it will be deducted from that Cheque
