My morning routine is similar to yours. I too run a business so I love the early morning where no one is up to bug me yet and I can get a lot of stuff done. For me it’s Bible study, meditation, a walk to the Starbucks to get my tea and egg bites then a quick shower for my first meetings of the day at home before I head to the office. I love seeing this side of you. Lot of unseen hard work goes into what you do as a founder and I’m so glad you’re sharing more of it with us.
You radiate so much calm and positivity. You are a ray of light and you inspire me to dream bigger and do better. Thank you you for always being so transparent with us!

I love my morning routine 💖 I also wake up super early (5:30am) to drop my partner off to work, go to the gym, shower & do skincare/quick glam, make my matcha & pack lunch before I have to leave for work in the city at 9am. I love seeing these vlogs from you Patrick!
