I used this on my PC, I have an HDMI converter from Amazon Company, but the problem is that whenever I on my PC, the refresh hertz of my monitor, which is 60 Hz, automatically changes to 59.978 Hz! I have to change it by going into advanced display settings! Also, I think my games are too suffering from it, my GPU is strong enough to run them on High setting but still my game lags. Any suggestion?

Bro I tried this and it worked but I tried to change the resolution to 1080 while my monitor is 720 now it's pitch black I can hear the sound but no display I tried putting into safe mode and reinstalled the graphics driver but as soon as I reinstall GPU driver display goes dark again, please help me 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 it'd be very helpful.
