    You should be able to make photographic prints with those dyes if you can make them lightfast.

    Would animal based yarn, wool or alpaca, work with this?

      Yes, natural fibers and natural dye are a perfect match together! As I didn't test this DIY using yarn, I recommend researching how to dye animal-based yarn using natural dye pigments, as the process likely varies slightly from how we dyed our cotton muslin bags. Happy plant dyeing! ~Hailey 🪻🌿
