The Best Neapolitan Pizza Dough In Just 1 HOUR

- This is how you make worldclass amazing Neapolitan Pizza dough in just 1 hour. All the recipes call for 24 hours or even longer fermentation but I wanted the dough to be quicker and ready much faster.
I derived the idea from ordering a pizza from my favorite delivery service the other day. The pizza arrived in 30 minutes and I thought, can I do the same in a similar time frame? Is this even possible? Well - I thought why not try and share the results with you. I typically make the dough overnight, I have never done the whole process from start to finish in just 1 hour.
The ingredients are aiming for a 230 gram dough ball which is perfect for the home oven. If you have a larger oven, 250 grams final weight is typical for a Neapolitan pizza.
* 142 grams of bread flour, or all purpose flour
* 85 grams of warm water
* 3 grams of salt
* 3 grams of dry yeast
* 9 grams of sugar
* Or, 9 grams of fresh yeast

Over all I was very surprised to see this dough competing with my typical overnight pizza dough. Taste wise they were very similar. So have a look and give it a shot yourself. Feel free to add a comment in case I can help you or something is unclear.
