Wily Stage 3 Boss (Wily Machine F) Theme (Last version

Looks like Wily decided to fight him early... but the worst is still yet to come.
This theme is supposed to be short.

This is interesting, and this one's also new for me. So the wily bosses were supposed to be:
- Wily 1: Shadow Devil
- Wily 2: Super Solar Man
- Wily 3: Wily Machine F
- Wily 4: Boss rematch
- Wily 5: Zero
- Wily 6: Super Devil Zero?
