    Ingredients
    1 pack(25g) Unflavored Red Gelatin Powder
    1 pack(25g) Unflavored Green Gelatin Powder
    1 pack(25g) Unflavored Yellow Gelatin Powder
    4 cups Water ( for each pack of colored gelatin Powder)
    1 can (530ml) Pineapple Juice
    1 can (432g) Fruit Cocktail
    1 Big Can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
    1 Big Can (300ml) Condensed Milk
    1 pack (250ml) All-Purpose Cream
    2 cup Mini Sago (Tapioca Pearl), Cooked
    1/2 cup Sugar
    A few drops of yellow food color (optional)
    Ice
    Procedure
    1. Put 1 pack of green gelatin powder in a pot. Add water. Stir to dissolve. Turn on stove and cook over medium heat until it boils. Pour mixture into a mold. Let it cool to set. Cut jelly into cubes. Repeat process to the other color of gelatin powder.
    2. In a big bowl or deep container combine pineapple juice, evaporated milk, condensed milk, all-purpose cream, sugar, fruit cocktail, colorful jelly cubes, cooked mini sago (tapioca). Mix well. Drop a few of yellow food color (optional) for yellowish color. Then add ice to cool the cathedral window drink. Serve in tall glass or clear disposable cups.
