After the altercation at the house Michael chases Laurie without his mask to the radio station. Laurie tries to open the doors they are locked. Laurie then climbs up the radio tower. Laurie climbs to the top with Michael grabbing her feet and legs. Laurie falls then grabs Michael with her. They both fall. Michael gets impaled and Laurie dies from the fall on top of Michael. You then see a cutaway from the tower and the fades back into the house where Corey is laying on the floor with the mask on. You see a quick montage flash of Michael's kills then Corey sits up and the movie ends there.
I heard about this ending to though it was abet different, I heard Michael is impaled on the radio tower and Corey is dead in the back of an ambulance but comes back to life and kills the paramedics and causes the ambulance to crash and he gets out and disappears into the night and at the same time Michael's body suddenly disappears!
I really wished they would have made it to where At least have Michaels’ evil passed down to Corey. Corey is no longer Corey. he is Michael. a 23 year old man again. Like how he was when he terrorized Haddonfield back in 1978. And the only way anybody knows this is through Laurie. Clearly she saw the evil growing in Corey throughout Halloween Ends. But now that corey is dead and Laurie knows it. She recognizes michael and only michael in Corey’s body. Sounds far fetched but, in my opinion I would have loved that so much more. And it would keep this storyline going.
The sad part is, is they actually filmed an ending where Laurie turned and I think it was a fantastic idea. It’s just a shame they were the way they did.

And when Allyson leaves, and she was talking to Hawkins, she straight up gets stabbed in the back by Michael and then intense music plays while she screams for help and is dragged into her house, Hawkins stands shock then the door shuts where the camera is. This ending would kind of make sense, because it could of been someone because in this series Michael grew 2 inch's while in 78 he was shorter
or Laurie puts up a fight (I also really like CZ’s recharge period theory) so after his recharge period he’s got full strength and straight up kills Laurie after a battle

In these shots, Laurie's eyes are very dark and her face is very pale she basically looks like Michael's mask, which is especially visible when we can see her neck and hands (different colour)
Consumed by evil this is the first film since the Halloween with Paul Rudd explaining about the cult and Halloween curse that we actually hear about it again movie was all over the place I feel like this movie should’ve been longer with more characters from the past would’ve been crazy to set up the ending with Laurie holding on to that evil so nobody has to bear it’s consequences again and Michael manifesting threw her thoughts making her go insane to set up another movie cmon Halloween man I am not satisfied there’s like a million things ya could’ve done

Just replace Michael and this movie could've been any other generic slasher Netflix/Amazon/Hulu special. None of them besides maybe the 2018 and some flashback scenes was a Halloween movie.

Michael was old he was probably dying already from blood loss when she stabbed his hand into the ground and sliced open his neck so he was probably dead already in ends, and to finish him off they shredded him into pieces
Both the theater and the this alternate ending is horrible. This alternate version ending does not go with the character of Laurie. I believe Laurie would have committed suicide before she let the evil of Michael Myers take over. Personally for me I feel the best ending for the franchise would have been Laurie killing Michael, but her dying later from her wounds. They could have been the new generation of Michael & Laurie🤷🏽♂️
