Beautiful school. I love the concept of the ceremonial grounds. It's beautiful. But Swedru Senior High is not the first trust school built by Dr Kwame Nkrumah. Ghana National College is.
SWESCO is the first school built by Osagyefo Nkrumah as a Ghana Education Trust Fund project. Ghana National College is not a GETFund project rather Osagyefo's innovative initiative.

I was thinking is was small school but hmm Goash this school is the bet ... Welcome to central region u have not gone to the category A school yet but see even what the category B schools are given u that central region for we are still best when it come to education..
This is my alma mater. The school was built to educate the children of the cocoa farmers who live in and around the Agona municipality. and until the was open to everyone and also free shs there was a scholarship for cocoa farmers children no matter where yiu come from. That is the meaning of the statue you see at the entrance. I am so sad we dont have the nine planets again. Those treeshave been cut to make way for extra building. God bless swesco
Pls am the current assistant head boy in Annor Adjaye senior high school and we are about to celebrate our 30th anniversary this year on July and our head master is in need of you again in our school for changes in the school
