Justin has had some adventures over the past few months, surprisingly not from cliff flying. Maybe he should take it easy for a while. Hope he heals quickly and feels better.
I hope the surgery goes ok it's always nerve-wracking, I was a mess when I had my neck surgery, and I was thinking the worst.
We live in a rented house in the uk when they redone the kitchen. we were living out of boxes for three weeks, and it wasn't done very well they promised to fix it but never came back.
It nice that family are helping out with food extra.

Hope things went well. As a fellow surgery plate, screws surgery. Move your fingers!! Even if it’s a little it’s good. I pray not but that was the hardest part of the recovery. The wrist didn’t hurt as bad as getting my fingers back. I powdered my wrist, nothing left. They did put humpty back together again. I’ll never be the same. I didn’t get therapy offered until I sought a second opinion. So I got some but not all. It’s life it’s better. Prayers for a speedy, healthy recovery. Go to therapy! Again I pray not. But you might not realize how much this impacts your fingers. Be patient with yourself. And always ask any and all questions.

Even though you tarped it off you will find dust in everything and in all the cabinets. We just did this about 6 months ago and are still finding spots of dust and small pieces of tile.
In April I broke both my wrist because I went rollerblading. My right one healed on it's on with just a splint on, but I needed surgery on my left. I hurt my tailbone too. I'm glad you're doing so well with everything.
Sorry your dealing with the injuries Justin but so very thankful that our heavenly father stopped it from being worse and kept little Ava safe. Praying for a speedy recovery and praying blessings on you for your surgery Friday well today so praying that it went well. I've been praying for you in my daily prayers to our heavenly father. Justin my husband is also dealing with two broken ribs. He tripped and fell in the street in the rain on MLK day ( actually it was 10:30 at night) he smacked into the curb. You will probably heal faster as my husband turns 75 next month. He has a breathing thingy he has to suck on ten times every hour so he doesn’t get pneumonia. I hope your surgery went well and you heal quickly. 💖🐈🐈⬛

Prayers for Justin to have a speedy recovery. We redid our kitchen…ourselves. I washed dishes in the bathroom sink for months. Luckily, there were only three of us, not six.
I am a mom of basketball stars. Our youngest son has set records that have not been broken. I say this to tell you he lived and ate basketball all the time until he graduated high school. It was so fun watching Turin play basketball. My son would say to him shoot 100 shots a day in all different area of the court to get a feel for what you have to do to make the shot a sure shot. Now I don’t know why Justin is still numb 4 days after the anesthesia. Hope that goes away soon. I really love your family so much. Take care of each other. Look forward to more basketball😉

We just went thru a
4 1/2 month remodel and if I knew before we started how difficult it would be to deal with the dust and the mess I don't know if I would have gone thru with it. Its a nightmare having to wash dishes in the bathroom and to plug in your microwave in the hallway and eating microwave every night for dinner! We are done now and I am now putting everything away
. I love my new kitchen, bathroom and family room but I've never seen such slobs who don't clean up after them selves. I hope your workers were cleaner than mine. I'm still cleaning up the dust!

Turin did really good. The house is looking great. Hope Justin gets better parting for a quick and good recovery. A few years ago I broke my wrist ( skateboarding) and I had kind of the same situation they could put it back so I had to get pins.

I had wrist surgery in 2020. Once you get started with PT you should recover quickly! Hope all goes well.

Wishing you a speedy recovery Justin. Look into having a full body "bone scan" done. I had an accident 5 months ago and a week in I was having pain. Found out I had 5 broken ribs that the normal x-ray didn't catch. They don't do anything for broken ribs but it is good to know for when you are wanting to get active again. Thank God Ava was ok, and I hope you will be soon too.
I MAYBE 20 YEARS AGO CLEANING BIRD CAGES. DROPPED SEEDS. SOME FELL IN CAST. WEEK LATER OR 2 WENT FOR CAST CHANGE. SO GROSS SEEDS WHICH I THOUGHT WERE OUT WERE GROWING IN SWEATY CAST.

Turin is doing s goof job in basketball. I have been keeping Justin and the family in my thoughts and prayers. Justin, I know how you feel on having to rely on the odd hand and arm. It has been 4 months that I had a significant break on my right shoulder and messed up my right knee. But they won't do surgery yet because of mass on my heart. I see the surgeon Tuesday and hopefully they will say they are doing surgery at the hospital. Otherwise I am looking at 6 months being partially healed and a year to be completely healed. That is just how messed up I broke my shoulder. So I feel your pain to a point. They want a signature and they tell me tk just make an R and if I can not do the rest sign as if I a dr.. I will continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. 🙏 🥰 🙏

I Hope Justin Is Okay
I had wrist surgery that involved a plate and screws. 3-6 months to recovery is reality. I had therapy start 5 days post op and took 3 months to get back to work but it took 1 year to fully recover
I was wondering Lindsay if you could update us on his new diet and has it slowed down and stopped his seizures we haven't seen a seizure video and a long time which is a good thing just wondering if you could update us on if this new diet is working on slowing down or stopping his seizures

The same thing happened to me after I was in a car accident. Because I broke it they also had to do carpal tunnel surgery also cuz they couldn't set it. U had to have an external fixator and looked like a trans former my daughter said. I hope u have a fast and easy recovery. Many prayers and hugs sent to u and ur family

Hello! I may have some info to help you out. You might want to look into a maxillofacial doc for your jaw/facial nerves that may have been impacted/jammed by the accident. That may be the source of the facial numbness and swelling. It could actually be your jaw joint, and the facial nerves that route through it, that you are dealing with. I thought I would put that out there, just in case you need it. God bless!
I hope Justin considers having his jaw & facial nerves evaluated. With that forceful impact, there may be trauma to his facial nerves (numbness). I pray you can avoid permanent damage. Also praying surgery went well!

@ourlifeinholland the only treatment for broken ribs is Bowen Therapy, it works from the inside out. It will help your wrist heal faster too. Happy to give you more info if you would like

Especially when you have a kid with you. Love you all, but her helmet was broken. That speaks volumes about how in danger she was.

I am right headed I broke my head when I little I think I was about 6 years old.
Broken collar bone surgury and it took almost six months to recover and I still fifteen years later don't have full range of motion. Good luck

Are you sure that the new, more modern style of the interior of your house will go well with the rest? After all, some of your windows are arched in shape and the exterior of your house still has that somewhat Mediterranean flair with arched garage doors etc. Unless you want to completely redo the house, including the exterior cladding...
