Song ohnehin, hab ihn erst beim 15-20 Mal "verstanden", der Text ist genial, die Hook einfach eine der großartigsten hooks in der Musikgeschichte, mit dem Chor, dem Falco eine Rythmik verliehen hat
Auch wieder scratches, je älter er wird, desto bedeutender, da er vieles schon angedeutet hat, ein Prognose die dann auch so eingetroffen ist

Als ob es gestern wäre. Die Disketten mit 1,3 MB Speicherplatz. Die typischen Geräusche beim Abspeichern, was auch sehr lange dauern konnte.

Auch 34 Jahre danach, könnte heute kein Sänger nur ansatzweise so einen Liedtext verfassen und auch nicht die Musik dazu. Dabei gebe es heute noch viel mehr Grund, dieses Lied zu aktualisieren.
Heute würde Falco wohl die Künstliche Intelligenz mit Argwohn betrachten und Parallelen zu diversen Science Fiction Filmen ziehen.
Arnold lässt schön Grüßen. "I'll be back", der Terminator aus dem Jahr 1984. Weitblick zeigte ja auch schon George Orwell mit 1984.

The 1:16 shot is from the Data de Groove video. We shot it at Studio Rosner in the 17th district in Vienna, in the early hours of May 11th. I was there.

Falco entfernte sich in seinen Texten immer mehr von seinem Publikum, meiner Meinung nach. Eine Brücke schlagen , ….von seinem Ich ( in den Texten) zum Publikum gelang ihm zeitweise nur schwerlich.
