I still prefer BTAS over beyond out of personal preference but thought BB did a great job of continuing Batmans story. The animation is an upgrade as well. Andrea Romano deserves an award and serious recognition for what she achieved with voice direction in these and multiple other series
Batman beyond was a good show it deserves a season 4 I don't understand why didn't get a 4th season it should of tho I was rewatching it on Saturday night.

Batman beyond was fantastic and I own it on dvd even the movie return of the joker but I don’t accept the ending of justice league unlimited as canon to the series I accept it as canon only to justice league unlimited I also think a live action adaptation could work but I would love to see more of Bruce in the beyond suit something that was glossed over in the animated series but it would be expensive effects wise especially with the suit and some of the characters needing to be more CGI
The Jokers without leader as a wild bunch... It seems that some Jokers from the past were too scary for Batman to handle, or that world is finally idealisticly peaceful and that Batman in pink suit is great for this peaceful world The pink suits him well, but the truth is that Batman can no longer handle the Joker's personality and darkness. That would explain the Joker's standalone movie

I stand with Batman the animated series being the goat between the two not to say I didn't enjoy Batman Beyond because I definitely did. I would like to add personally that between the two series I still find the introduction or maybe better to say reintroduction as they revamped his character, Mr. Freeze hit home in two very powerful episodes. Be it in the future with Terry after Derek Powers tried to use him as a Guinea pig or back in TAS in the heart of ice that gave his origin for the series, he was done wrong to a level where I think quite a few people may have felt sympathy for his character.
