500g Caster Sugar
500g Unsalted Butter
2 large Eggs
2 teaspoon of your choice of flavouring
1000g Plain flour ( All Purpose)
Bake 180c/350F for 10 minutes
You can freeze any leftover dough for use later.
Beat butter and sugar together in an electric mixer until fluffy and pale, add the flavouring and your eggs and beat together until the eggs been absorbed.
Add you flour and mix until the mixture comes together.
Royal Icing - 1 Table spoon of meringue powder mixed with 1/2 tbsp of warm water and whisked for 2 minutes until bubble form. Then add 250g of sifted icing sugar and whisk together for 5 minutes. Add dashes of water to loosen mixture.
Size 2 round piping tip, with PME reusable piping bags.
