- It has been a great week for dolls! First with the Barbie Looks Wave 4 dolls and now the Barbie x Cartel chairs. I also received my Looks doll #20. Let's take a closer look at both. Also, tell me about your mini verse. Do you collect furniture as well as dolls?

Im more "collecting" action figures or figures/toys than dolls. But since a couple months i love watching people's collection of any kind of dolls and now im interesting to have some.. its not really a collection that i have of figures.. its more i bought what i love.. new or use.. my dad had this same hobby until he suddenly dies.. i have so many souvenirs of thrifting with him.. cds, vinyls, cassettes, movies in cassettes, dvds, blurays, toys for kids and adults, legos... etc... it hurts to know that i lost my dad but also a best friend because he loved what i loved.. we were 2 kids in adults bodies... i dont have anybody that i can talk about these things.. so i watch youtube channels like yours.. i just found it this morning... ♡♡♡
Oh I am so sorry for your loss. What a blessing that you have such wonderful memories of sharing a hobby with your dad. That is something that will always be special to you and will make you smile when you think of him.
Having a hobby and collecting should be all about what you love, dolls or action figures. Find the ones that bring you joy.
Speaking of action figures my grandson and I love watching Power Rangers together and I have purchase several Power Ranger toys for him.

I like the Barbie X Kartell chairs. I wish they had put them in pairs, and you choose what you want. You need at least 2 chairs, so I guess you have to buy 2 sets of chairs.
That’s a really good idea. That would have made them more affordable.
Just received my set of chairs and the looks #21 doll on Saturday. I am in love! The chairs are exquisite and well made. I could put them in any of the doll's rooms. The outfits for this Looks dolls are the best yet! Like you, I need to stop spending so much, but secretly trying to figure out which one (or 3) from this wave I will purchase next. 😂🤣😂🤣
😂I know. I say I need to quit spending as I’m scrolling through Amazon. Maybe some will go on sale at some point. I think that this wave is pretty nice.

Oh thanks so much. I really appreciate you watching. I just realized the end of my video was cut off. I have a lot more dolls to get on the shelves. I try to give them a little makeover first and it’s been taking a lot of time. Malachi has on his suit still from our Valentine Day video.
I'm loving this wave, got 20 and 24 but I also really want 21 as soon as I can.

Barbie 20 is my fav out of the new Looks dolls, but I do like 21 outfit too. The chairs look very cool! As soon as I saw 20 she's Daphne in Barbie form. lol

Hi, the doll chair collection is really cool. Love the new look dolls too. Stop spending on our love of dolls can be a problem, I know I can't stop either. I purchased the 12 days of spring cost me 265.00 Canadian, the silk stone skipper $103.00 Canadian and now going to purchase the look dolls. On the fence about the chairs as it about 100 Canadian. Enjoy your new goodies. New subbie ❤❤👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks for subscribing. I bought the spring doll too. I thought what I paid was bad but it sounds like the Canadian price was worse. I still haven’t bought Skipper but she is awfully cute. I probably need to set a budget and stick to it. But at least we enjoy our hobby.❤️

Thanks so much for watching. None of this wave has a doll with a tall body. # 20 and 23 have an original height 11.5 inches. #24 is curvy at 11.5 inches and #22 is petite. Then of course we have Ken with his buff body.

Don't like the new Barbie doll joints that make them look like robots. Seems a strange design. L.
I know what you mean. I love the possibility of made to move dolls but the large joints aren’t very pretty. The click legs were nice.
