Firepower is a million times better than SFV and British Steel and it came out in 2018, and regardless if you like Nostradamus or not, it's much more innovative for Judas Priest than those two 80s albums LMAOOOOOOOOO

Got this album back in the day, and I'm not the biggest JP fan, but I still know every single song on this album!! (...and on the 'Screaming...' or 'Unleashed...' and a few others 😎🤘)
It was pretty uncommon at that time, for a metal band, to consistently write songs that really stuck to your brain - sort of instant anthems, if you like.
And there were just no weak points on the entire record either.
That's sheer brilliance.
the final song on this album is weak. I personally like to believe night comes down is the true last song on this album and heavy duty / defenders of the faith doesn't exist.
I'm in a lot of "rock" groups on Facebook, and every time someone posts "What's one album you would tell someone who's never heard music they have to listen to?", my answer is always "Judas Priest's 'Hero, Hero'."

It's a sing-along anthem , and if you've ever been to a Priest concert where they played it and seen 20,000 singing along at the tops of their longs, bet you'd feel different.
@@randytyson7262 take on the world and heavy duty / defenders of tge faith are weak tracks because theyre not relistenable as all other tracks. At first time listening its fine but those songs get boring really quickly.

This Album Is Frozen in time because of its production, so extremely 80' s that It would be unthinkable for any other time and the songs are by far the most uncompromising that they've done, Defenders of the Faith Is more metal than Painkiller for me.
