Great video! That split ply looks gorgeous. I've been thinking about trying my hand at making decks and I'd love to hear abt your process for making your own decks (how to pick a good mold, tips on making split plys, where to source veneer, getting a quality looking finish on the board, what you need to get started).

P Rep has been great honestly. Their wheels are small but they spin crazy. I recommend anyone who's starting to fingerboard to get a P Rep complete. Ive been fingerboarding for almost 10 years and Im currently using a P Rep deck because I wanted a blank pink board. I have BRT's on it and maple bowl wheels! I love it. The next board I want to try is the new flat face g16 though!!!!

how are the y trucks? actually how is the yellowwood complete? why to try something different from berlinwood completes

I have always been a big fan of yellowood products! I feel y trucks sit a little higher than brts or dynamics but I still enjoy them! I’ve also found y trucks are very sturdy! I don’t think I’ve broken a pair yet!
