My guess is that Metallica will never be in another music game again. They had their own game Guitar Hero Metallica, then dropped off the face of the music game earth. Pretty sure they think that a full game based on them is enough. I remember before Guitar Hero 3 came along they were one of the bands that "was impossible to get the song rights to". So my guess is it'll probably stay that way now.
The deal Metallica have with Activision is meant to be expire in the near future, so it's possible

Ubisoft must have been given permission to pitch-shift this; when I tested the original recording I made it A430 (or thereabouts).
