    Excellent Lecture sir.. pls tell us different ways of buying ang sell ing of debit funds .( Direct & Growth). Suggest good funds which yealds at least 10 to 12 % in long term for 5 years.

    Well said, appreciated your efforts in making the video . I Would like to tell... Debt funds are risky .. because ... if borrower didn’t repay the loss will be on investor whereas in banks it’s on the bank. Think before investing . Many of CFPs didn’t mention this at all.

    Being a subscriber and regular follower even now, you look very cute sai in this. Latest videos are any way dhamaakedaar videos. In current scenario, both FD and debt funds are treated equally, so the advantage is lost. Also with time value of money, like if rate of interest is 7% and inflation also is 7%, how does it make a business case in investing in debt mutual funds. Need a refreshed video for 2023 to review this. I invest only in equity funds as the worst equity funds also give better return than best debt mutual fund. Please comment.

    same trying to buy in zerodha ,but time periods not showing as you said
    Ex. selected debt liquid fund, selected in zerodha but time period showing more than 1 year not 91day, so sum confusion.....:(

    3 star by rating agency
    Should we believe in these rating
    Or can we pick any AMC with out
    Brand value also
