    Unreal. Arguably not the most impressive puzzle if it had been made of any other material, but to design it for lego is amazing! Either that or your enthusiasm is infectious. Watching the solution come together just made my night.

      It is pretty costly to buy directly from him. If you buy the instructions and the parts, it looks like it costs roughly $190 all told if you are in the US (calculated based on sellers near me). Definitely tempting! Let me know if you want help figuring out how to get the parts

    Once, in the 70s, my family rented a house that had one of those sand puzzles and I stayed awake and watched that thing for hours every night. It’s been 5 decades since I saw one of those! Thanks for sharing.

    Wow I’m feeling old now. I had one of those sand boxes in the early 70’s when I was a kid. I had it for years & years. It was only 2 sands of different densities but was very cool. Good memories.

    As a fan of Lego, even in my 40's and enjoying my daughter being into Lego too, this puzzle was a good one. It didn't appear to be too taxing, but it was definitely enjoyable.

    5:08 - There's another very famous puzzle which solves by itself. I don't know if you've tried it.
    It's called the Lament Configuration, or Lemarchand's box.
    Many people consider it their ultimate puzzle-solving experience. Literally.

      Glue tends to be used by lego sculpture makers to solidify the links, so anything that is never meant to be taken apart can be glued to give some integrity to it.

      @@Thastormable True, they often do that for large sculptures in their Legoland parks for example. I don't like using glue, so nothing on this one is glued. =) I wrapped it very very tightly with layers upon layers with bubble wrap. ;) Always a risk the some small pieces on the outside comes off, but easy enough to attach again.

    How could you? Clearly that's a 32209 Technic Axle 5.5 with stop in dark grey, not just some mere stick. I'm done with this, unsubbed.
    No, I'm just teasing you, I'm not going anywhere. I'm just a LEGO Technic Maniac myself and recognized that piece because I've been sorting through a bulk collection of Technic/Bionicle parts the last couple of days, though I did have to look up the specific part number.
    But all that aside, another cleverly designed LEGO puzzle box from Legolamaniac, and just as impressive as the Zelda themed one.
