1- The mouthpiece is better ( less medication waste)
2- don't forget to HOLD your breath every third breath and exhale slowly ( better depositing)
3- Don't forget to exhale first before taking your inhaler. Hold your breath too
4- Using a spacer will have a better depositing to your lungs.
    5- Diet is really important.

@@theelectricman3323 it usually won’t get worse with age but I can definitely stay the same without getting better but allot of people who have it and it goes away is because it was allergy induced asthma which means allergic reactions in your lungs would cause inflammation causing lack of oxygen but that’s not everyone allergy induced asthma sucks though because you usually get it along side a bunch of allergies so if your having an asthma attack you’re probably also having an allergic reaction to something at the same time which kind of sucks but you can’t really do anything to stop it and the allergic reaction can come in a bunch of different forms like you can Break out in hives or your sinuses will get messed up or vision will start going blurry there’s a bunch of different things that could happen it’s really annoying but I just deal with it take allergy medicine and I have to take montelukast which is a medicine for very various different things but I use it because it’s designed to help stop allergy induced asthma but it could also just help with asthma in general

Hello to all the educated and experienced people out there! So basically I was diagnosed with allergic asthma when I was 3 (I'm 14 now) and it's been bad the whole time. It's genetic actually! My grandma (paternal) had asthma before she was 12 and my aunt (paternal again) got asthma after she was 12. Some of you'll may be thinking that why did I mention being 12. So it was because almost everyone hits puberty at 12 so according to what I've heard from my family and doctors is that if you get asthma before 12 you recover from it when you're 12 due to the hormonal changes that take place in your body. But if you get it after you're 12 it stays with you the whole life and you don't recover. So let's get back to me! As some you may know that allergic asthma needs some kind of trigger and asthma doesn't, so I take precautions and it's not been reaallllyyy bad. But since the start of April it's been really bad and severe! So bad that I literally came home crying from school because the attack was so bad. And you know what I am a really strong girl and I don't really cry. Since then it's been really bad, with me getting 3 asthma attacks per day and you'll know how bad it is. So if you read it till the end I really thank you from the bottom of my heart and will you be kind enough to probably tell why it's been happening with me? And do you really recover from asthma after you hit puberty or not because I looked it up on Google and found nothing in this regard?
The medication I use for relieve is ofcourse ventolin (salbutamol) in two forms, 1st is in the nebuliser and the 2nd is in the puff. The puff only works if the attack is really mild otherwise I have to use the nebuliser. Both of them have side effects like tremor (shaking of hands) and tachycardia (fast heartbeat) so please share your experiences and what did you use for relieve?

I visited my pulmonologist yesterday, he confirmed that the summer season can be an allergy season for some people because of the very high temperature, the allergens vaporize a lot in the air which makes us more vulnerable to his breathing, moreover dehydration and the cold air of the air conditioner dries up the respiratory tract which makes them too sensitive. and finally some pollens wander in the air from June to August and with the air it is easy to breathe them in

I have asthma as well and I’m pretty sure you are supposed to use that type of steroid in the morning and at night, it’s a steroid too which means ur supposed to take it so it will stop your asthma if you use it consistently for long enough. I have that same type of steroid and after half a year of consistent use every morning and night my asthma went away. If you only use your steroid once in a while your body can become immune to it, making it not work, so you are going to want to use it consistently. Same with the nebulizer, you can become immune to it. Another reason to use the steroid to get rid of your asthma because if you become immune to the nebulizer, you will die.

Bcos of asthma i was always considered as a sick child from my childhood onwards they restricted me to do certain things that i love including bharathanatyam, and other dance forms... Now in my adulthood they are complaining about me that why don't i habe any skills🙂🙂i wanted to be NCC cadet but asthma made me to stop even dreaming about that🙂🚶‍♀️

Really sorry, I feel you, it is happening to me right now.
I have a question. I have recently started using inhalers but with steroids. If you use one, has it caused you weight gain?

hello, my name is mya and I have asthma serious issues I have a nebulizer add an inhaler how bad it is if if I run walk or speed walk, I my asthma is already up meaning I cannot run. I cannot speed like I can’t even walk. I try my best to do PE because my doctor has not gave us a permission slip for me not to attend, so I try my hardest for everything because it is very hard for me not to have an asthma attack so I respect you and I understand how you felt because I’m the exact same 😢❤

Even though, I don't have asthma, but I got similar symptoms like asthma, but I have mild allergies to tree pollin and cats. And it makes it hard to breathe.

    • @theelectricman3323
      @theelectricman3323 Před rokem

Heart attack is only for the prevention medication. You can take the inhaler up to 4 times. Most times the prevention one will come in a red inhaler and say quaver. This one you can not do like a normal inhaler and depending apron the medicine can be taken up to 2 times in hour at the same time hope this helped😊

  • @shadowverse_animations3876

Honestly I can control my emotions but I’m
Compelled not to even if I know it’s gonna make everything better. Even when I understand something I can’t do it because I can’t focus ever. Focusing is impossible for me. I can control my asthma I just sometimes feel to tired to try anymore. Not tired as in tired but I just don’t care.

Now I'm no doctor but I am a paramedic and I'll say even if you have to rely on it taking the inhaler is kinda the entire point.
