Hello to all the educated and experienced people out there! So basically I was diagnosed with allergic asthma when I was 3 (I'm 14 now) and it's been bad the whole time. It's genetic actually! My grandma (paternal) had asthma before she was 12 and my aunt (paternal again) got asthma after she was 12. Some of you'll may be thinking that why did I mention being 12. So it was because almost everyone hits puberty at 12 so according to what I've heard from my family and doctors is that if you get asthma before 12 you recover from it when you're 12 due to the hormonal changes that take place in your body. But if you get it after you're 12 it stays with you the whole life and you don't recover. So let's get back to me! As some you may know that allergic asthma needs some kind of trigger and asthma doesn't, so I take precautions and it's not been reaallllyyy bad. But since the start of April it's been really bad and severe! So bad that I literally came home crying from school because the attack was so bad. And you know what I am a really strong girl and I don't really cry. Since then it's been really bad, with me getting 3 asthma attacks per day and you'll know how bad it is. So if you read it till the end I really thank you from the bottom of my heart and will you be kind enough to probably tell why it's been happening with me? And do you really recover from asthma after you hit puberty or not because I looked it up on Google and found nothing in this regard? The medication I use for relieve is ofcourse ventolin (salbutamol) in two forms, 1st is in the nebuliser and the 2nd is in the puff. The puff only works if the attack is really mild otherwise I have to use the nebuliser. Both of them have side effects like tremor (shaking of hands) and tachycardia (fast heartbeat) so please share your experiences and what did you use for relieve?

If you only use your steroid once in a while your body can become immune to it, making it not work, so you are going to want to use it consistently. This is hell. Happy your doing well. Btw I have asthma
Even though, I don't have asthma, but I got similar symptoms like asthma, but I have mild allergies to tree pollin and cats. And it makes it hard to breathe.
Bro, I have the same thing The only thing is mines not as bad I did have a bad reaction with Covid though and I thought it was laying down was when your lungs are most open or standing.
I have asthma to so I respect you ❤️❤️
I have asthma and used to use that first machine where you pour the liquid I had a penguin shaped one lol
I respect you i have severe asthma and allergies
I wish you good luck I thought my astmha was bad and thanks for the tips I did not know I could get a heart attaco
Heart attack is only for the prevention medication. You can take the inhaler up to 4 times. Most times the prevention one will come in a red inhaler and say quaver. This one you can not do like a normal inhaler and depending apron the medicine can be taken up to 2 times in hour at the same time hope this helped😊
We have the same inhaler!!! 😂
Thanks for the advice (for me it was advice)
I used to have to do this like every night when I was younger 🥲
No way I wouldn't think you have asthma but same I do to but keep up the work it's good
Honestly I can control my emotions but I’m
Compelled not to even if I know it’s gonna make everything better. Even when I understand something I can’t do it because I can’t focus ever. Focusing is impossible for me. I can control my asthma I just sometimes feel to tired to try anymore. Not tired as in tired but I just don’t care.
I used to do the same thing when i was way younger and had bad asthma I had a cute dino mask aswell
I also have asthma , especially when u run its really hard
So real I feel u
I don’t have asthma but it seems really annoying to have and I wish you the best
I do exactly the same thing i have to do the air mask every night snd morning but if im in a rush and forget to use it i bring a backup inhaler with me
I’m don’t have. A Asmar how it calls but I’m respecting you❤
Me and my sister have asthma but it not that bad but we still have inhaler and spacer
Now I'm no doctor but I am a paramedic and I'll say even if you have to rely on it taking the inhaler is kinda the entire point.
