The middle section of the 2nd movement is one of my most favorite passages in all of Mozart. The piano playing triplets against the left hand; and the woodwinds becoming the principal accompaniment. it's so beautiful.
🙂
Me mantiene viva!!!
I love this one. Thank you Morzart! I am glad that I am a human being and read about the story of your life. You are a GENIUS!
Very handsome half Korean and German pianist , play beautifully !!
The delicate and at the same time clear touch of solo piano makes this perfectly composed concerto the more perfect.
The cadenza in the first movement is brilliant
Christopher Park’s performance is perfect. So beautiful!!💕
I think you can say for sure that Mr. Park has no disdain for this concerto in any way, shape or form. A truly brilliant performance of this eternal masterpiece in the most literal sense of the word.
In this performance, Christopher Park becomes Mozart - absolutely magnificent!
I
The pianist has such confidence as well as stamina; from his face expression i can feel that he is totally into it- the King of all piano concertos.
Watching him is an experience indeed.
Park did an excellent job, I like very much the way the piano sings and the controĺ of the keys colors
Er ist so gut. Soooo gut. Danke.
I have watched this video over and over again. This is what I consider a great piece of art.
You can argue that Mozart is great, I agree with that. What you must recognize is this:
a Shakespeare play is an interesting thing to read, but it touches your soul when you
see it been performed by a genius actor.
This genius in this case is Mister Christopher Park. Not only is wonderful to hear it, but you can
perceive the master behind the piano seen it take control over it to transmit the emotions of this
Mozart piece. It seems like he is talking directly to your soul.
This is supreme music: the universal language of the soul. Few people in mankind history
have master one art to be able to achieve this level of mastery.
Wonderful! It is a privilege to be able to watch this over and over again!
Just made some grammatical and spelling corrections...

Mozart would have enjoyed this. Park, Jarvi the principals of violin 1, f. horn. flute, oboe, bassoon,, cello, and every member of this wonderful orchestra is class and total enjoyment. Thanks.
Wonderful! Thank you for sharing all that beauty and skill with us. Maestro Jarvi is surely one of the finest conductors in the world today. The pianist is superb.
Danke 🙏🏻
Klasse
Whoever operated the camera is definetely in love with the pianist an the flute player! Marvelous concert, thanks to Paarvo Järvi and the RSO Frankfurt.
It's very nice the way he dialogues with the flute and oboe!
This is excellent.
This is a wonderful concerto, wonderfully performed with great pianistic and facial expression by Christopher Park and the FRSO. And I must mention too the facial expression and demeanor of flautist Clara Andrada, who, in the dozen or so videos I've seen where she has been in the orchestra, always shows her interest and involvement in all the music she's performing. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her winning personality adds an extra dimension to the overall excellent performances by the orchestra.
He's so into it at 18.44 that he catches himself about to conduct the orchestra!
Superb !!!!!!!!!
A subtle touch on the piano and well composed masterpiece.. Love the expressions on the conductor.. Heheh
I. Allegro 0:50 (Christopher Park's cadenza 11:57)
II. Romanze 14:55
III. Allegro assai 24:02 (Joachim Volkmann's cadenza 29:34)
Paavo Jarvi sound + Chris Park sound = heaven
Ave👍
Christopher's performance is polished and nuanced like no The only one worthy of Mozart's exacting and ethereal elegance.
einfach großartig
Wunderschön !!!!!!!
I think this is one of the most perfect recordings of any piece, ever.
well, it isn't... but still a good recording anyway
The final of 1th mvt is supernatural & the 2th mvt is deafening
Outstanding performance!!!
Great recording and performance!
Christopher's performance is polished and nuanced like no other. The only one worthy of Mozart's exacting and ethereal elegance.
The trumpet figure repeated at 31.10 is strong in this performance. It characterises the entire work.
Obrigado amigos e amigas musicistas!
Brilliant, perfect, ever-lasting
I love this one so much!
Gaaanz toll!
He'll be playing with the Qatar Philharmonic orchestra same day as my birthday this year (piano concerto in a minor) can't wait
The video sound is pretty good, beyond my imagination
Wao! Natural Horn!!
What an intro which is good enough to be a symphony.
Great spirit of music! 🌈🌈🌈
muy bonito y sentido,felicidades.
Gutt schön !!!! Bravo !!!!!
If I didn't know that this work is a Mozart,I would say this is a Beethoven. What a reseblance i think.
beautiful!!!
So amazing
Bravo!
Mozart Uber Alles!
hi, does anybody know if there is a cd or a dvd we can buy? it is just magnificent..
Oh yes, i would pick one!
MEN SCHÜLER PHILIPPE SUDAN HAT DAS STÜCK AUCH GESPIELT.BRAVO.!!!!
Amazing!
bravo
L exemple même de l homme sublime !!!
German ochestras-the best in the world!
Mmmm
Super Wolferl !!!
Lol
Perfekt👍
ICH HABE ZWEI AKADEMISCHE ABSCHLÜSSE MIT SEINER MUSIK ERLERNT
Muito bom.
What cadenzas are these; They are suberb. I used to play this concerto with Beethoven's.

like raimund löw must have feeled like. if he were an austrian :-) love and respect
wonderful Mozart playing!! but is that a ringtone at the most quiet passage?! anyway, it seems like a funny musical reaction at 22:27 of Park...

Hey, can someone please explain what hes doing around 11:00 in the solo part? Its totally different from Uchidas interpretation. Did he improvise, or are there multiple versions of the 1st movement
Sounds like a different cadenza and so the lead up is slightly altered
@@cassianblackburn-enever9662 do you know which cadenza it is?
@@dfdhgtrss212 He actually wrote the cadenza himself. In the video description it says solokadenza: Christopher Park which means that it is his own. Its quite rare that we hear a performers own cadenza (compared to the 18th century at least) but I think this is a great example of one written today!
Thanks for your text
This piece could totally be Beethoven as well xD
Just wondering how J.S. Bach would have reacted when he had heard it. I think he would have asked for the score to copy it ;)
I think one of the most exciting moment in Human History would have been to put Mozart, Bach and Schubert in one room and let them talk to each other ( of course in German ).

Whats the name of 2:13?
😊
what a cadenza! who wrote it?
the master Mozart.
+2nik2play_jo no wonder!
+2nik2play_jo check out Klansky's version. this one is amazing and Klansky's too. i thought the guy was out of his mind to judge by his expression so I googled him and found out it's just his total commitment to the music. otherwise normal guy! this is just such a masterpiece. what a joy.

Whose is this cadenza?
Dear Robson,

Best regards!
