Yeah I'm 7 months too late probably already fixed it. As someone else said make sure and pull all of the metal hydraulic strainers and clean them along with the paper cartridge filter. Get a manual. Yes that is all the actuator does. Up down float and lock the hand knob controls speed. You need to take that assembly apart clean it and then reassemble it free up the hand adjustment. The Implement is going up and down way too fast you need to slow that down. When you take the part off that has the handwheel there may be some internal that you need to replace. Oh and don't take that hand wheel assembly apart with Implement up you will get soaked.

Nothing. I am still using it as it is. It works fine. Just can't do fine grading with it.
