Did you have the problem that when you connected everything when you turned on blinker it switched the image to the rear view camera? If so, what did you do to fix it?

Excellent video. Followed to install mine. I'm connecting with wired android auto. Do you know why, when I get a call come through it only comes out of passanger speaker and is very quiet. Normal music is fine, just the calls. Cheers 👍

Does all idrive fits? I ordered an android from one supplier but it did not include an idrive. I found an idrive from another store but they say it only fits their android 100% and not sure if it fits another brand android. Is it not only 4 och 10 pin connection? 4 is required?

could you show how the system works, example how to setup iphone to allow automatic boot up to zlink when car started etc?
Once your phone is connected to Zlink, it will launch carplay everytime you start the car

I see the factory headunit is on the aux setting. Is that required for the sound to work? My factory BMW professional aux currently isn't working
Yes the aux is needed, or you will have to replace the factory unit as well
How to enter in the recovery mode for this unit? It has a small hole reset bottom at the back, nothing else.
Anyone with actual experience ? Does it rattle or squeek when driving ? I am contemplating this, but will probably lose my mind if it starts rattling.

If carplay was so important why don't you just remove the radio and install carplay radio
What could the pin code be?
For factory settings I have tried everything only one that works is 8888 but you cannot see can bus with this code
