  • Pindi Chhole is a very delicious and mouth watering Punjabi Dish. It is mainly eaten with Bhature, Rice, Kulche and Naan. The way of preparing it is very interesting and super easy.
    Ingredients:-
    Chhole (छोले) - 500 Grams
    Salt (नमक) - 4 Tsp ----- (2 Tsp for Soaking Chhole and 2 Tsp for making Tadka)
    Black Cardamom (बड़ी इलाइची) - 2
    Cloves (लॉन्ग) - 2
    Ghee (घी) - 2 Tsp (1 Tsp for Soaking Chhole and 1 Tsp for making Tadka)
    Tea Leaves (चायपत्ती) - 2 Tsp
    Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 2 Roughly Chopped
    Onion (प्याज) - 1 Sliced
    Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) - 4 Sliced Lengthwise
    Corriander Leaves (धनिया) - For Flavor
    Refined Oil (रिफाइंड तेल) - 1 Tbsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लस्सन का पेस्ट) - 2 Tsp
    Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च) - 1 Tsp
    Corriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 3 Tsp
    Pindi Chana Masala (पिंडी चना मसाला) - 3 Tsp
