- Please enjoy our Sky Wars 16th Annual Fireworks Championship finale display, "Concert in the Sky" shot on September 25, 2021 in Wright City, Missouri.
This show was produced in partnership with Stellar Fireworks. It features 76 Pro Line 1.4g/pro devices, 1.3g shells and Galaxis flame units via Stellar Fwks, a 360 PyroLama unit, twelve towers mounted with three DMX LED lights each, and a DMX Circle FX-1800 Flamer unit courtesy of @cobrafiringsystems. We used a total of 73 Cobra mods (63 pyro mods + 10 DMX mods).
We'd like to thank our army of over 50 dedicated volunteers and "Pyro Supervisors", many from Kansas City Area Pyrotechnicians (KCAP), who assisted in pre-show planning, logistics, on-site setup, and cleanup.
And, of course, a big thank-you to Sky Wars and Missouri Pyrotechnics Association (MoPyro) for putting on another phenomenal event. We'll see you again next year!

I was supposed to be here smh but couldn’t make it because I had a running nose became very cautious and didn’t wanna make anyone sick. My VIP tickets down the drain all the free beer I could have drank..

For those that were there, how far away could you be and the LED lights still be considered a great part of the show? And did they really add allot to the performance?
Folks further in the back couldn't necessarily see the LEDs directly, but the light reflected off the smoke to create a glow effect that was most intense towards the ground.
We were happy to experiment with the DMX effects - next year we may use the LED lights for mini-displays in between the fireworks shows.
What's the product at 11:30? My wife and I were trying to figure it out. Fantastic hang time!

Gorgious, but what about all that Smoke?
It blows away fast. The more startling effect is the rain of debris that sometimes comes down - little pieces of black ashes - but it's all part of the great experience of being up close and seeing the greatest fireworks show ever! One of my favorite parts is feeling the heat from the fire balls as it rolls over the crowd. So exciting! I'm going for the 3rd year in a row and I can't wait till Saturday! :D
Of course, the video is nothing compared to being there. It's hard to capture the huge sky and the sound on camera. It's a very fun time and a great family crowd. Sometime I'm going to spring for the VIP tent with the handy food and beer and great seats.
