Jin cares for all of the members, and they all turn to him for support when needed. He is generous with praise, infinitely silly to cheer everyone, and rarely rejects a member showing emotion through a touch.
I saw that too... They been housemates and teammates for too many years, too close to each other. Touching, hugging are just became their habits. They respect each other and love each other like their own family members.

I believe the same. Jk and V both resemble Namjin so much when it comes to how they show their jealousy. It's like when children mimic their parents.
I recommend that when you see BTS pay attention to Jin, because all the action takes place around him when the war between the Maknae line and RM breaks out to capture his attention. Poor Jin, he can't control all of them at the same time.
