You removed the separation plastic cover under the battery after removing the battery. Any specific reason why you did not put it back? And is it a original screen you had replaced or an after market brand?

Always use static discharge band. Use Isopropyl alcohol to remove the gum on the frame before applying new gum/adhesive. Always clean the camera lens and internal frame for any dust and finger prints beore assembling everything back. Why did not you apply thermal paste on the processor heatsink before fixing it back?

Hey! To explain my situation, my screen had come off, I left it for a while without taking care of it until the day it fell (from 15cm high) for the last times. The screen was black, but the phone was still on, I kept feeling it vibrate when I received a message.
So I took it apart, unplugged the battery, then plugged it back in, tried to turn the phone on, and there the screen turns on, flashes quickly, then turns off, but the phone is active. So I ordered a new screen, but finally same problem..
For information, before this tiny fall and the black screen, no apparent problem coming from the phone itself.
Does anyone have a suggestion of the source and maybe a solution? ♥
