- Michigan Central is reopening this week after an extensive six-year renovation, restoring the station to its former architectural grandeur.
An unusually in-depth report in that the interviewer asked questions that were probing and yielded responses that went beyond the usual puff piece - good job. As for Mr. Ford: thank you for your continued commitment and for being a driving force behind this remarkable rebirth. This project allowed so many crafts-people the ability to apply their skills and passion towards a brighter future. In the years to come, all of these contributions will be remembered and celebrated - just as the original dreamers and builders of this marvelous building are today 😊.
The Ford name should be on that building. Thank you Bill for restoring the station.

This project really reminds me of what Chicago did with the abandoned post office (so large, an expressway runs thru it)
