You’re quite tall and the jacket is a bit fitted. What size jackets do you usually wear? I’d go for your normal sizing on this one
Is it good for temp like 0-5 Celsius, which size for 173 cm height?
I’d say get a down jacket for 0-5 celcius temperature. Also what is your weight? I may be able to recommend a size with that information.

Do you know if it's really waterproof?
It’s water resistant so it will keep some rain out but it won’t protect your from an onslaught of rain.
