It’s pretty sad how when you have a good dream, and you wake up and lose it, it’s like the door to the dream is closed or locked away kinda. Maybe the people that you were with in the dream are wondering what happened to you or mourning your exit from the dream.

I just fell in love in my dream with someone, and he was also in love with me but we werent a couple because of our parents (i know, stupid) and i was having so much fun and then i woke up so sad, ill try doing this method tonight and hopefully it works.

Here's a way in which I remember dreams i really want to remember.
Step 1 - The moment you wake up, recall the dream. Apparently you forget 90% of your dreams 5mins after waking up, so make the most of those 5 mins. I continuously keep recalling the dream every time my brain doesn't have anything else to focus on.
Step 2 - Take some time to write down the dream somewhere. I have this diary where i write down my fav dreams or the dreams i think are important. You can even note down some basic pointers you remember, like the people, setting, time etc.
I hope this helps! It has helped me quite a bit. I believe our subconscious is more powerful than our conscious, maybe your brain is sending you an important message? so i feel the need to keep a track of it. And other times i just like my dreams and want to remember them.

I had this dream last night, I remember everything, perfectly. It felt insanely real, and I am determined to go back. Instead of something crazy like my usual dreams, it was more crazy and the relationships between people were completely normal. Heck, even my dad was there and he was EXACTLY the same as real life

Not too long ago, I had the greatest dream of my entire life, and I had the honor of being able to go back to sleep and have an even more satisfying, extended encore presentation of that dream ! :)
A few months ago, I dreamed that over 1,000 plus talented musicians and singers performed an EPIC AND POWERFUL Cover of Hans Zimmer’s “The Electro Suite” from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in a football stadium. It was like an early 2000’s Alternative Metal/Nu-Metal Meets Classic Orchestra cover of Electro’s Epic theme from the second Andrew Garfield Spider-Man Movie. The epic performance was complete with classic instruments, Rock instruments, three different groups of singers that includes a choir for the dramatic verses, fireworks for the choir’s dramatic verses, blue and white lights in addition to yellow and green lights for the main instrumental tune, pyrotechnics for the main instrumental tune, dancers dressed in either black hoodies and blue lights shining on their faces or green and yellow athletic dance clothes, and heavily engaged, enthusiastic fans in the audience to participate in singing along with the singers. The epic performance of The Electro Suite concluded with a WELL-DESERVED, MASSIVE ovation of cheers and applauds from the audience that lasted for a few minutes. It felt like a fun and emotional musical roller coaster ride of fun for everyone in the stadium !
I can recall feeling every last drumbeat, lyric(especially the “Agony inside of Me, My Pulse Is Racing, Mental Torture, Can’t Ignore The Paranoia !”)Verse, Guitar riff, Dramatic Choir Verse, and Audience cheer, and the overall excitement and energy of the epic performance. It was literally a dream come true for Me ! In my re-dream encore of the dream, the dream concluded with the Electro Suite Cover making the news. Not to forget, prior to The Electro Suite being covered as the Marquee’s Grand Finale, The Main Theme From The Amazing Spider-Man 2 By Hans Zimmer was also covered as the show’s opener and received a massive applause and ovation of its’ own from the crowd though respectfully not as Epic as The Electro Suite.
Y’All, I am sorry to admit this, but since I woke up from both full attempts with a MASSIVE burst of positivity and sense of accomplishment like winning a Gold Medal in The Summer Olympics, I HAD to make a run for the shower and proudly shed some strong man tears while feeling happily choked up(my younger Sister lives with Me across the hallway from my bedroom). I woke up with happy/victory goosebumps ! Talk about “agony inside of Me, my pulse is racing !”. Lol !
P.S. Yes, I proudly thanked God for the Blessed opportunity ! I couldn’t care less that the experience gave Me a super rare silly yet strong reaction of crying like a baby immediately after waking up. I was able to do this right after I woke up from the dream. I thought about it and in about 5 minutes fell back asleep. I'm going to try to finish the dream tonight, hopefully it works!

If you want your dream to continue, you have to immediately go back to sleep with no distractions the same night it happens. I don't think you will resume the dream now that it's been a month.

I was able to move wherever I wanted in this dream, but in this dream I was basically in this empty world where everyone was gone, so I searched and searched and found a friend's house. There was no one there either. I just got more curious to keep continuing but was interrupted.

i met a boy in my dream, twice. he was like a less fictional version of peter pan. i was his wendy. i met him on a train, the time era seemed to be in ww2. he had brown hair and a few freckles, he was confident and a bit cocky. he liked being sarcastic at times, but he also treated me like a princess. he was lower class than me, in terms of money. he was poor so i stole food for him from my house, he would wait for me in my room or sneak in through my window where we would talk and share the food. i cared for him i knew he cared for me too. i fell in love with him, but i don’t even know his name. i know barely anything about him, so i really hope i can talk to him again. i hope this works, because i believe we are soulmates. i believe our souls are meeting in the dream world, i believe he is having the same dreams. i need to see him again.

Could you do a video on the white noise technique? Where you listen to a white noise (on phone, a wn machine, fan,etc.) and you realize you're lucid when the noise stops?
My dream is maybe a kind of story. I've had dreams similar to it multiple times, but it's like every second month I have those dreams.
This just happened to me this morning and I'm so glad it happened!
When I was 9 I had a very long-Long dream about fighting my way back home after being carried away uncontrollably into the sky by a stick, my mother was pregnant with my clone and my father married a giant version of my stuffed llama in a funhouse as I became terrified of the translucent "friends" in the infinity mirrors. I woke up in a pool of sweat, changed my sheet, and when I went back to sleep I reentered the dream running into those mirrors and being chased by the wedding guests who wanted to drink my blood. I kept going until I arrived in my hometown. It was so Epic.

Basically a summary of my dream: there was a zombie apocalypse. Me and my 4 friends tried to stay alive and stick together. At some point I was aboustly terrified I wanted to take a break and let things sink in. One of my friends spotted a zombie in the room we were in so all of them left running and left me behind with the "zombie". I was so scared I froze in my dream. Then, the "zombie" got up and started walking towards me. I started panicking as each step of the "zombie" grew closer. At the point where I was pinch to the wall. He started saying he wasn't a zombie with a low-key hot smirk and he was just hiding because there was some previous zombies in that area. He said we should stick around work with each other and of course I agreed. Then, he said "No catching feelings for each other got it".
And I failed that part and I also woke up which is very sad
Those 4 friends are actually my friends in real life. The "Zombie" person I have never met or seen in real life.

I woke up from the BEST PART. I literally wanted to stay so bad.
My dream:
I was a male pilot, a quite famous pilot, now after a crash, I turned into a black wolf with red eyes, and so has my flying buddies, who was turned into a female white wolf with blue eyes and leopard spots, while the other turned into a male brown wolf with green eyes. So as a wolf, I need to get to my original destination despite being a wolf. I last ended the dream by being spotted by this single mom with two kids, I played dead obviously, she grabbed me and threw me in an alleyway, where I found my old plane that I crash tested before and was still somehow in contact, I used that to try to get where I was trying to go, completely forgetting about my flying partners.

This morning I was having like the best dream I’ve ever had and then suddenly I woke up. I was like ‘oh wait.. it’s just a dream…’. I could remember almost all the parts of the dream. I went back to sleep right after that and somehow the dream continued :)))

I have been having a dream for the last few days about moving probably Becuase we are soon but I’m very nervous as I am very unsocial. In the dream I started out moving to a new school and making a few friends, I was not liked by some people in the new school but that was fine, I should mention before this next part that I was awaiting COVID results before the dream, but then last night I had more of the dream and there was this girl, one who I have never met before in my life. She was holding my hand while we walked to the school busses, she said “ Oh I hope your negative so I can see you tomorrow!” I then said don’t worry I’m negative and she was so happy, I saw the light in her eyes as I spun her around she hugged me, the dream then ended with her getting on her bus as I got on mine. Now like I said I’m very anti social and have never been focused on girls more focused on school and science but for the first time in my life I felt what it’s like to love someone. All day today I have thought about it and I can’t stop wanting to go into my dreams forever and spending my life with her. I need to continue the dream.
I had a dream I was working at a grocery store, but it was with this guy and we held hands and worked the whole time and I felt like he was the love of my life. Before I woke up I looked at him one last time and he looked like he knew I was gonna wake up.

What's bad about dreams is you start getting real friendships and then everything gets lost when you wake up.
So I had a dream when I was 12 or 13. And in it I guess I found this jar which had something green in it. Later in the dream the green thing turned out to be like a leaf girl. All green, you know how it goes. And so we became friends and I taught her the qualities of life, after awhile we became very close and than...well she died. I think she may have been murdered by someone in the dream or she died by natural causes. I was deeply upset and so I decided to take her too where I think I found the jar, a small small piece of land in a small lake near my home by Lake Michigan, I didn't bury her body thought. I thought it best too just lay her down on the ground with a flower in her hand so she could be with nature.
Now fast-forward to the present, im now 16 and something miraculous happened. This dream was me back on the island, visiting the island. Her body was still there on the grass and I was there too visit I suppose. I touched her arm and her eyes popped open. I vividly remember saying, "Holy shit your alive!" I dont know why but I was extremely happy. She stood up and was flabbergasted, we hugged and then we went into town. We met with one of my real life friends and...went too a French restaurant? Thats where it ends. But I really really wanna go back, I dont know why but I feel like I have to see her again so I can feel complete. God willing.

i managed to continue a dream only once. since then, i had another dream i loved, and couldn't continue it. i still remember it clearly, i was never able to go back. i think about it most nights before going to sleep, sometimes through the entire day. i miss the people there, i even cried for a few days because i couldn't continue the dream
