- Euro 2012: Belgique - Allemagne, Belgium - Germany: Deutschland ist der Auftakt in die Qualifikation zur Fussball-Europameisterschaft 2012 in Polen und der Ukraine geglückt. Die DFB-Elf siegte gegen Belgien mit 1:0 und fuhr damit die ersten drei Punkte in Gruppe A ein. Der WM-Dritte hatte dabei gegen couragierte und respektlose "Rote Teufel" seine liebe Mühe, steigerte sich aber nach der Pause und setzte sich letztlich durch.

Ich erinnere mich noch genau das vor diesem Match besprochen wurde das Belgien eine goldene Generation haben wird. Und tatsächlich kam es so.

Why belgian supporters booed the german anthem ? Have They a problem with the germans ? I'm french and they did the same thing with our national anthem. Shame on them !

Früher waren weite Teile von Schlesien (die Region, von wo Kloses Vorfahren stammen) deutsch. Der Vater von Klose stammt aus einer deutschen Familie.

@ardiesken I really believe they'll dominate world football in a few years time, along with Germany, Spain, Brazil and Argentina. They'll take the Netherlands' place near the top of the FIFA ranking who, after their current generation hangs up its boots, will take a freefall down said ranking. Belgium's got tons and tons of grade A talent. I'll be rooting for them at future tournaments.
