well it's a lathe czcams.com/users/postUgkxN9zrzkkhnjUF5PQbuA_B1gYdsfCu9k6z but it wasn't what i would have anticipated. Headstock, tailstock, carriage apron are manufactured from aluminum now not cast iron. The spindle diameter for the bearings is too small allowing for a few play in the spindle so I am using some blue Loctite to take out the play.

If you Chinese ever made a manual lathe, no more than a 250 size, all gears heat treated, very good powerfeed, X and Y axis at least C3 precision ground Hiwin ball screws, 6 jaw chuck, guaranteed to cut 3 micron over a 300mm length , I Will Buy One.

Please be noted that no body will use a ball screw for manual lathe, sorry! Only leadscrew equipped.
That's what others told me, just what you said, 'until' I went to AJAX machine tools and got them to make me a special milling machine, a turret mill with C3 precision ground Hiwin ball screws on X and Y axis, heat treated table, precision ground table, Heidenhein DRO running on glass scales, this turret mill is approaching a Jig bore accuracy. Some tool companies like AJAX in the UK are willing to give customers what they need.
It is the only turret mill they made to this spec at my request.

We bought one of these manual machines and had to scrap it after 1 year. Shear pins were made of aluminum and the gearbox clutch always slipped. It got jammed during a threading operation and we found soft gears inside the housing. Not worth the scrap metal it was made of.

Hi, honestly I need advice about Chinese machine. Because I want to start new business with various machines as Lathe, milling, drilling, slotting, hydraulic press, surface grinding, bandsaw and CNC lathe machine.
@@ahmedalsaadi4711 I stick to Taiwan, USA or Japanese machinery. The Chinese lathe was meant to be a supplementary machine but definitely not worth the headache.

Должна быть на суппорте, под рукой.
Ручка включения подач, находится близко под ручкой поперечного хода. При ручном снятии фаски вы её задевает и включаете ход.

Well they might be decent as they are using colchester style of gear systems .... alot of them copy old british designs ..... con with some of asain the as we have Taiwan conversational lathe our tailstock screw was worn.... they wanted about $1700 for acme screw with a bronze bush with it....

Io che per parecchi anni ho lavorato nella meccanica, posso dire che non sono altro che normali mansioni dà operatore macchine c.n.c. ed operatore di montaggio in un reparto produttivo con centri di lavoro a giostra, non è perfezione ma solamente meccanica di precisione.
