I know the feeling i work out occasionally to kill time and pick up the paste at all time in case if i gotta work remotely harder without stopping too much,i work a 5 hour janitorial job to keep me occupied on my work..it's roughly intensive but since I'm a quick learning pro i train instantaneously a lot,to get more stronger and faster at the same time by regrouping an maximum amount of exercise through out my sessions.I get use to it...while making some badass progress ...i'd be getting it in...like a boss...listening to this war songs gets me going harder...makes feel like i have super powers,going into server action,going into battle,avoiding cross fires,and out running imaginary monsters an killers too...after I'm finished i scream like the hulk to release my super sayain energy...an i would blow off so much..feeling all omega and all powerful like black superman for real..i definitely got it like that💔💖💖😉💪dispute everything i been through that made me a surviving warrior soldier trooper in life basically.

Some values that worth more than culture,arts and all this sh*t. But again as I said it's up to the person. We all born to do different things. Some people born to do jobs that helping their country to become a better place in many ways and others like me to protect and defend it. And as a soldier myself spartans were idols to me.
