I'm pretty sure it was ranch or some other kind of liquid, when he takes a Fester sip, the liquid comes out too smoothly to be shampoo. Maybe Mayo? Ether way, CANT be actual shampoo. I Don't think the sponsors would appreciate the person promoting their product poising themselves with said product.
