There is one more way to do it on the spot, just open gras website and click on find challan and insert all the details and click on search, then after page will reload and downside you will find verify tab, just click on that

Call the Gras department and give information like payment details, date, and name of challan payer etc, you will get your challan for sure

Hi i paid esbtr through canara bank but money got debited and no challan got generated. Till 8 pm, i tried to reverify the transaction but nothing happened. Now after 8 pm, it is showing transaction date expired. Have mailed screenshot to esbtr helpdesk. Will they provide me challan or refund.
