I think when you dye your hair, it damages it alot hence why I have never dyed it. I use a concoction of Mehindi which is made using beetroot water, you can add lemon juice and egg too for extra benefits. Also one thing to remember donât use biotin if pregnant or breast feeding; it says on bottle, there is a few things you canât use like vitamins b6 and b12. Ok to take vitamin D, iron and zinc even if pregnant or breastfeeding. A shampoo thatâs really worked for me and my daughters is bed head- TIGI, itâs around ÂŁ7.50 for 750 ml bottle so on the expensive side but worth it. I also oil my hair once a week with coconut oil mix in 10 drops of rosemary oil too, it works very well; you cannot use rosemary oil directly on your hair so need a carrier oil so use coconut oil, castor oil is good too but is sticky, argan oil is good but need to make sure itâs authentic. Also wash hair once or twice a week max, wash your body everyday or every other day but not hair. Follow all these guidelines and you will notice the results in 1-2 months.

But even after applying onions water you don't feel like it's working then you must have some internal issues vitamin d and iron deficiency. I apply onion ginger water twice a week and you have to be consistent with it. It will work with men who don't have hair for a long period of time just stay consistent and just after 3 months you will see the difference.

Mix aloe vera, almond oil, olive oil, coconut, milk, honey and coffee together and mix. Leave in your hair for 2 hours. Best mask!

You know Masha Allah your hair growth is good, mine dont get Long in that speed, you had a bob cut this year and see how longer they got.
